Return & Refund Policy

Overview

ArpaNeuro sells digital source code products and related software services. Because our products are delivered electronically, returns do not involve physical shipping. This policy explains when you may request a refund or exchange and how the process works.

Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted unless required by applicable law.

Return Costs

Returns are free of charge for customers in Pakistan and worldwide. There are no return shipping fees because products are delivered digitally via download link or email.

Eligible for Refund

We will approve a refund when any of the following apply within the return window:

• The source code files or documentation were not delivered
• The product is materially different from the description on our website
• The product has critical defects that prevent basic installation or use, and we cannot resolve them within 48 hours
• You were charged twice for the same order

Not Eligible for Refund

• Change of mind after successful download or delivery of source code
• Issues caused by your hosting environment, server configuration, or third-party modifications
• Custom development work that has already been delivered and approved by you
• Requests made after the 7-day return window

How to Request a Return or Refund

1. Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details (name, email, product name, and payment reference).
2. Describe the issue and, if applicable, include screenshots or error messages.
3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
4. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong source code product by mistake, contact us within the return window. We may offer an exchange for another product of equal value if the original files have not been downloaded or used.

Other Countries

This policy applies to customers in Pakistan and internationally unless a different local policy is published for a specific country. We may add country-specific return details as our marketplace expands.
